CAN I TEST THE PRODUCTS BEFORE BUYING THEM ONLINE?

As we are an online store, we do not have an option to test or see the products before purchasing them. However, we do have a dedicated team in-store that are ready to answer all your questions. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

All our orders are delivered within (3 to 5) Working days, depending on the time of order. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Unfortunately for select postcodes in specific areas we may offer limited delivery options. Please see our Terms & Conditions – Delivery for more details.

ARE DELIVERY CHARGES REFUNDABLE?

Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the products you received are damaged or defective. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details. Please note that we shall process the refund in AED, if you paid the initial purchase using a card denominated in another currency, your bank may charge you a different rate than the one used in the original purchase, in that situation we are not liable for the difference in currency that your bank may charge to your card.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

We offer a Fourteen (14) day returns policy for the items. Items must be unused and must be in a fully re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES PLETHORA ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and online credit. Cash on delivery payments on orders up to 50,000 AED. However, we do not accept cheques.

WHERE DOES PLETHORA SHIP TO?

Plethora is exclusive to the United Arab Emirates. We do not currently ship to anywhere else in the world. However, we will notify you when we have shipping for any new destination.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

A ‘Sold Out’ banner will be displayed by an item if it is out of stock. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you.
